●     Maximum occupancy is 20, daytime or overnight.

●     Active security cameras on the outside of the premises.

●     Noise monitoring device on the inside of the premises.

●     There is a private dock directly behind the home.

●     Streaming services are available on all TVs, requires guest login.

●     There is free paved parking available for up to 7 vehicles, driveway only.
